Challenge
Develop a decarbonization plan for buildings managed by the municipality of Guadalajara, Mexico.
Mitsidi Performance
Evaluation of financing mechanisms, a roadmap of actions, and an implementation plan. Guides and other support materials were also developed to train stakeholders, such as building managers.
Results
Assessment of the legal and financial landscape to develop the roadmap;
Preparation of guides for building managers;
Assessment of the impact of decarbonization actions on the building portfolio;
Construction of the roadmap of necessary actions.
